I already have a league How do I convert to Hs Master

BACKUP your database. Very easy to do
Remove data for players that less than 400 shoes pitched, a NHPA requirement.
Deleting a person from a league( never do this unless you know what you are doing) Make them "In Active"
Validate your league membership information, Card numbers, Birthdates, distance pitchers etc.
Everything is right CLOSE your current League
PRINT your reports
Send reports to your Charter or National.
Archive
Recover a back up database. "Opps I made a mistake"
