It is here you add new players, set up your teams for both league
play and tournament play.
You have the ability if you are a "Charter Secretary / Statistician"
to maintain and keep your database current against the NaStats report
via both the Import and Export tabs.
It is here you can on a local level check for duplicate card numbers
which does have a negative impact on the database you are using.
On the report tab if the database is properly maintained, it should
be very close if not matching the Natstats report. This is any area
that the "Charter Secretary / Statistician" needs to pay attention
to, too have accurate data files. Sharing a database across a charter
can be extremely beneficial not only to your charter, but also in the
transfer of data to Natstats. Having a good clean line of communications
with your charter is critical to making everyone who is involved in
maintaining the Natstast data that much easier.
Charter controlled reporting does make the accuracy of the data true.
If you are in an "Open Reporting Charter" please make sure
you as a "TD" have all the correct information before
submitting your tournament results to NaStats. Make sure you have good
card numbers, no nicknames make sure your names match the current Natstats.
As an open reporting "Td" you can learn from the ""Charter
Secretary / Statistician" tab to learn about maintaining a database.
